Abstract: “SCENTED CANISTER FOR PRESERVING OXIDATION-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS” The present invention discloses a scented canister for preserving fish oil capsules. The scented canister further includes an oxygen absorber. The scented canister of the present invention preserves oxidation sensitive products by serving the dual purpose of preventing oxidation and odor masking. The scented canister includes a polymer blend and a fragrance masterbatch. The fragrance masterbatch includes silica shelled fragrance nanocapsules, cyclodextrin inclusion complexes and molecularly imprinted polymers. The scented canister of the present invention includes iron-free, powdered iron-based, or iron-based tablets for oxygen absorption. The scented canister (110) including the oxygen absorber is manufactured in a way so as to ensure superior product stability, fragrance longevity, and oxygen-depletion efficacy. FIG.1 for publication
