Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent and scalable cybersecurity framework for real-time detection and mitigation of cyber threats using ensemble machine learning and distributed data processing. The framework comprises a distributed data acquisition module, a big data processing engine, a preprocessing and feature engineering unit, an ensemble-based detection module, a threat classification unit, and an automated response module. The system processes high-volume heterogeneous data and applies a hybrid ensemble model combining Random Forest, Logistic Regression, and K-Nearest Neighbors to enhance detection accuracy and reduce false positives. The framework supports real-time analytics, adaptive retraining using streaming data, and automated mitigation actions including blocking malicious entities and isolating compromised systems. The proposed system demonstrates improved performance over conventional methods and is capable of detecting both known and unknown cyber threats. The invention is applicable in cloud computing, IoT networks, enterprise systems, and critical infrastructure environments.
