Abstract: The present invention pertains to a technology facilitated enterprise performance monitoring and decision support system for self-help group (SHG) based women entrepreneurs. It provides a systematic framework for monitoring the enterprise performance through a predetermined set of financial and non-financial indicators. The system enables the users to periodically undertake the assessment on indicator-based questions through a digital interface. The selected options are assigned predefined scores between 1-5 automatically. which are further processed with the predefined weights of the respective indicators to generate a composite score which are further aggregated to generate the Enterprise Performance Score (EPS). Based on the EPS, the system classifies the enterprise into the predefined score ranges and correspondingly generates the required recommendation. This information is communicatively linked to Management Information System (MIS), which is accessed by authorised stakeholders. This facilitates continuous enterprise monitoring, evidenced interventions and enterprise sustainability through a standardized technology driven monitoring system.
