Abstract: The present-invention relates to a Sand-Pattern-Seal based-product authentication,_tamper detection, and supply chain tracking system. The system uses an irregular sand pattern enclosed between transparent layers and positioned across the opening of a carton. The original pattern is captured and digitally registered with a unique Carton ID, to which multiple Product IDs are associated. At authorized supply-chain checkpoints, the seal is scanned and compared with the registered pattern to verify authenticity and detect tampering. Location, date, time, and verification information are recorded in a digital tracking system. A consumer can scan or enter a Product ID through an application to view product details, manufacturing information, supply-chain history, and authentication status. The invention provides a physical-to- digital linkage between products and their supply-chain records while enabling tamper detection and product traceability.
