Abstract: Abstract The present invention relates to a multipurpose oral hygiene device comprising a modular toothbrush system with an interchangeable head mechanism and an integrated bendable interdental cleaning attachment. The device includes an elongated ergonomic handle having a proximal push~fit interlocking socket mnfigured to detachably receive a conventional toothbrush head for routine brushing. Upon removal of the primary toothbrush head, the same interlocking mechanism is adapted to receive a flexible interdental brush attachment. The interdental attachment comprises a bendable, shape-retentive stem supporting spiral or micro-filament bristles designed for effective cleaning of interdental spaces, peri-implant regions, orthodontic appliances, and fixed prosthetic restorations. The flexible stem permits controlled angulation for improved posterior access and site-specific cleaning. In certain embodiments, the interdental component may be replaceable, antimicrobial, and optionally stored within a hollow compartment of the handle. The push-fit interlocking interface ensures secure retention during use while allowing easy manual replacement without tools. The device thereby consolidates multiple oral hygiene instruments into a single compact unit, enhancing convenience, hygiene compliance, and targeted cleaning efficiency.
