Abstract: The overall system architecture of the invention “SafeVoice AI: Intelligent Voice-Based Women Safety Complaint and Emergency Reporting System using NLP”. The architecture outlines the complete user and system workflow from user interaction through the public complaint unit which is equipped with a microphone, touchscreen display, emergency push button, speaker and Raspberry Pi controller. The captured complaint is fed into the Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing (NLP) engine for speech-to-text conversion, complaint classification, emotion detection, location extraction and threat analysis. The analysis result helps the system to safely store the complaint details into cloud database and generates emergency alerts for authorized departments like police department, women helpline, campus security or personal contacts. The centralized dashboard helps the organization to have real time monitoring, manage complaints, and data analysis. The intelligent complaint processing architecture of the invention details the processing performed by the system after receiving user complaint voice and the processing order which is as follow: First, voice is converted to text by Speech Recognition Module, then NLP algorithms such as text preprocessing, keyword extraction, named entity recognition, complaint classification, sentiment analysis and emotion detection. All this information is analyzed by the threat assessment engine to measure the level of threat and on the basis of priority level the system automatically generates alerts and stores into cloud database. Processed data is further displayed to the centralized analytics dashboard for the effective monitoring, management and rapid emergency response.
