Abstract: A safety verified vehicle start control system, comprising a head wearable member 101 adapted to be worn by a rider, an imaging unit 301 installed near the vehicle dashboard 302 to capture facial features and classify rider as authenticated owner or guest operator, a plurality of UHF RFID readers 207 to emit targeted radio frequencies and detect encrypted tags within a defined radius, a fastening arrangement comprising a first and second strap having a buckle 103 and latch 104 to allow mechanical engagement, the circuit correlated with IR placement data via a logic gate to confirm total compliance, a alcohol gas sensor 202 to measure rider breath concentration, a control unit operatively coupled with an analysis module to aggregate sensor data and, on detection of compliance, actuate an electro mechanical lever actuator 303 arranged within the vehicle clutch lever assembly 304 to disengage throttle interlock and permit vehicle operation.
