Abstract: Provided is a saddle-ride vehicle capable of easily ensuring maintainability of an ECU disposed on an upper surface of a rear fender while an anti-theft property of the ECU is ensured. The saddle-ride vehicle includes: a pair of left and right seat frames; a cross member; a rear fender; an air cleaner box disposed in front of the rear fender; and a plurality of electrical components, wherein a first of the electrical components (120) is positioned, in the side view of a vehicle body, between the rear fender (27) and the air cleaner box (80), an ECU (100) is disposed such that, in the plan view of the vehicle body, the ECU overlaps the cross member (45) and a connector portion (102) faces forward without overlapping the cross member (45), a second of the electrical components (94a) is disposed between the first electrical component (120) and the ECU (100), and a relationship among left-right widths is such that each of the left-right widths of the first electrical component (120) and the ECU (100) is larger than the left-right width of the second electrical component (94a).
