Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel molecular hybrid compound of Formula III, based on an s-triazine core, characterized by its ability to inhibit HPV E6 and E7 oncoproteins for use in the treatment of cervical cancer. The compound comprises an electron- deficient s-triazine core; a cyclopropylamine moiety, which is further linked to mesitylene through -NH- and/or -O- spacer, which is again connected to a heterocyclic ring (5-phenylisoxazole/ 4-phenylpyrimidine-2-thiol/ 4-phenylpyrimidin-2-ol/ 5-phenyl-1H- pyrazole) via phenylamino or phenoxide spacers to enhance anticancer activity, preferably against HPV E6 and E7 oncoproteins for the treatment of cervical cancer. ………..
