The filament bundle includes a carbon fiber filament. The first coating film contains a rubber component and a crosslinking agent. The rubber-reinforcing cord 62 further contains a liquid component, and the content of the liquid component in the rubber-reinforcing cord 62 is in a range of 0.2-13 mass %.
