Abstract: The present invention relates to the rubber dam clamps with cushioned beaks for reduced tissue trauma. A beak cushioning (2) is made of biocompatible, flexible material (e.g., medical-grade silicone or TPE - thermoplastic elastomer) bonded or clipped onto the beaks. The cushioning would distribute pressure evenly, reduce pinching, and prevent gingival laceration. The cushion tips (2) are present as built-in beak systems and are color coded according to the hardness/grip.
