Abstract: The present invention relates to a rollable hygienic smart cutlery system configured to provide a portable, reusable, and self-storing eating utensil without requiring an external storage case or carrying pouch. The system comprises a food-contact eating head, a flexible handle assembly, a resilient spring steel core disposed within the handle assembly, and a food-grade elastomeric encapsulation layer surrounding the spring steel core. The resilient spring steel core possesses elastic memory characteristics configured to automatically transform the handle assembly from a substantially flat operational configuration into a compact rolled storage configuration upon release by a user. The rolled configuration enables the cutlery system to securely attach around external objects including bottles, containers, bags, straps, and lunch boxes for convenient carrying and hygienic storage. The system further comprises a reinforced joint portion between the eating head and the handle assembly and may include an anti-slip textured grip surface for improved handling characteristics. The invention eliminates the need for hinges, folding mechanisms, clips, magnetic attachments, and external carrying accessories while improving portability, hygiene, durability, and environmental sustainability. The rollable hygienic smart cutlery system is suitable for travel, outdoor activities, workplace meals, educational institutions, and other portable food consumption applications.
