The foot pedal tray assembly (136) includes a fixed tray (202), a movable foot pedal tray (204), a sliding rail (206), a sliding block (208), a linear actuator (210), at least one roller guide (212), a sliding plate (214) having a guide profile (214A), and a pivot arrangement (216). The actuation of linear actuator (210) moves sliding block (208) along the sliding rail (206), causing simultaneous translation and rotation of the movable foot pedal tray (204) between a parked position and a deployed operating position. The guide profile (214A) mechanically defines an inclination of the movable foot pedal tray (204), while the sliding plate (214) maintains engagement with the at least one roller guide (212) to support foot-applied loads in the deployed operating position.
