Abstract: A robotic rescue device for extracting individuals trapped in confined spaces such as borewells, featuring advanced mechanical and monitoring capabilities is disclosed. The device comprises a pair of robotic arms controlled by hand gestures, enabling precise manipulation within narrow spaces. A telescopic hollow pipe block system deploys a stable base, complemented by an inflatable balloon that provides customizable support and prevents further descent. Foldable sidewalls create an enclosed, thermally insulated cabin with dual-mode air conditioning. Integrated health and environmental monitoring systems include a palm-embedded pulse oximeter for tracking oxygen saturation, gas sensors for detecting hazardous substances, and a temperature sensor.
