Abstract: Abstract A robot control device and robot controller is disclosed for adaptive robot control and human-robot interaction. The system receives force values, visual detections, proximity data, robot pose data, task commands and GUI-programmed parameters from a robot arm or mobile robot, nearby humans, force sensors, vision modules and proximity detectors through an input interface. A conditioning portion prepares the received input by filtering, normalizing, parsing, segmenting or otherwise converting the input into a structured representation suited to the particular processing task. A decision portion then receives task and sensor data, plans a collision-free trajectory, switches between position control and force control when contact or proximity conditions require and corrects pose during execution. The system generates trajectory commands, force-control instructions, pose corrections, safety stops and monitoring logs through an output interface and stores a corresponding processing record. The arrangement links acquisition, conditioning, decision processing and output generation in one operative chain, because sensor interpretation and control-mode selection occur before the next actuation command is issued.
