The system (100) includes a frame (102) defining a perimeter, and a projection light (104) positioned within the perimeter of the frame (102). The projection light (104) is configured to project a projection beam on at least one of: a nearby road surface, a building wall, or a traffic signboard, to be visible to approaching vehicles. The system (100) further includes an adjustor module (106) operatively coupled to the projection light (104). The adjustor module (106) is configured to receive an input from a user to adjust a projection angle of the projection light (104), and to adjust the projection angle of the projection light (104) corresponding to the input.
