Abstract: A road safety device for hilly regions, comprising an adjustable frame 101 to be mounted on a curved region of a road surface on a hilly region, multiple segments 102 interconnected via motorized rotary joints 103 for adjusting curvature of the frame 101, according to road curves, a hydraulic shock absorbing assembly to stabilize the frame 101, reduce collision impact force and prevent vehicle rebound, a plurality of rotating drums 106 to absorb and distribute kinetic energy based on the detected vehicle speed and potential collision impact force, a plurality of impact absorbing pads 107 and hydraulic dampers 108 to cushion vehicle impact and guide the vehicle back towards the road surface, a high-intensity lighting module to provide adjustable illumination for enhanced visibility during low-light and adverse weather conditions, a traction enhancement assembly to provide additional grip to wheels of the vehicle under slippery conditions.
