Abstract: A rim inspection and repairing assistive device, comprising a platform supported by plurality of legs, positioned on ground surface, a microphone receives input voice commands for inspecting the need for repairing, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit determines dimensions of the tire, a pair of C-shaped clamps via extendable L-shaped rod to extend/retract for positioning the clamps to grip tire for initiating the inspection process, a circular plate via a hydraulic pusher for applying pressure onto the tire to remove a rim of the tire, a motorized clipper via an extendable L-shaped pole for gripping the rim’s edges, a dust sensor for detecting deposition of dust/dirt onto the rim’s surface, a motorized brush to scrub bristles of the brush against the deposited dust/dirt, a laser sensor for detecting any cracks and structural deformations on the rim, a hammer unit to apply an optimum pressure over deformed portions of the rim’s surface.
