MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611065882 A) filed by Perfect Id India Private Limited on May 25, 2026, for Rfid Tyre Tag Assembly And Method Of Integration Thereof.
Inventor includes Bhushan, Shashi.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: An RFID tyre tag assembly comprises a porous mesh structure configured to be embedded within a tyre during vulcanization, a wireless transponder, and an antenna electrically coupled to the wireless transponder. The mesh structure retains the wireless transponder and the antenna. The antenna forms, together with the wireless transponder, a resonant circuit tuned to a target frequency band prior to vulcanization and configured to compensate for dielectric constant changes when embedded within vulcanized tyre material. A method of integration comprises providing the RFID tyre tag assembly, embedding it into a green tyre, and curing the green tyre under heat and pressure wherein the mesh structure allows penetration of tyre material therethrough during vulcanization to achieve mechanical integration, enabling wireless identification and tracking of tyres throughout their lifecycle. Figure 1 is the representative figure.
