Abstract: [050] An RFID and IoT enabled intelligent system is disclosed for managing library materials and institutional assets using context-aware, confidence-qualified tracking. The system includes RFID-tagged resources, multi-mode RFID/IoT sensing nodes, an edge event correlation engine, a digital-twin asset state register, an adaptive zone-signature model, an anomaly and policy decision engine, and a response controller. Time-associated tag observations are combined with contextual information including reader or antenna identity, signal behaviour, zone information, motion or door state, authenticated user information, and transaction state to generate an event signature. A candidate location or custody transition is evaluated against a previous trusted asset state and a configurable policy before being committed. The system distinguishes evidential confidence from asset risk to select proportionate actions including verification, guided search, circulation control, alerts, or security actuation. Adaptive reader reliability and zone signatures improve localization in overlapping or variable radio environments, while an integrity- protected edge journal supports continued operation during network interruption and synchronized recovery. The architecture further enables intelligent inventory reconciliation and probable-location ranking for missing or misplaced assets. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-2].
