MUMBAI, India, Sept. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541021687 A) filed by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited on March 11, 2025, for Rf Front-End Comb (combination) Filter For Airborne Communication System.
Inventors include S. V. Subba Rao; B. Kalyana Rao; and Praveen Dixit.
The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.
Abstract: A RF Front-end COMB (Combination) filter for airborne Communication System is designed to build in mechanism for rejection of interfering signals on adjacent bands from other systems by means of a High Pass Filter (HPF) (2) of 30 MHz is a 5 section filter using Capacitors (6) and Inductors (7), a Band stop (Notch) (3) filter of 88-118 MHz is a 3 section Notch filter using Capacitors (9) and Inductors (8) and a Low pass filter (LPF) (4) of 520 MHz is a 7 section LPF designed using three LC circuits (11), (12), (13). These three filters built in combination in cascaded form as ‘COMB’ filter is built in size of 36 mm x 16 mm and rejects all the interference signals entered into RF Input (1) and result out from RF Output (5).
