Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of a Modern industrial environments necessitate advanced surveillance solutions, surpassing traditional methods such as ID cards and manual CCTV. The REVO Robot Dog project introduces a quadruped robotic platform that addresses reliable personnel authentication and sustainable battery operation. REVO comprises three components: deep-learning face recognition using the SFace model for accurate identity verification, a gesture recognition system that interprets five gestures into robot commands, and a power management system that optimizes energy consumption. Testing demonstrates sub-millisecond face-recognition latency, over 96% gesture-classification accuracy, and significant CPU savings. Built on open-source technology, REVO is adaptable and energy- efficient, ideal for autonomous robotic surveillance in industrial settings. FIG.1
