Abstract: ABSTRACT REVERSE SHOULDER IMPLANT SYSTEM A reverse shoulder implant system (10) comprises a pear-shaped glenoid baseplate (100) having a superior-inferior diameter of between about 29 mm and about 34 mm, an anterior-posterior diameter of between about 20 mm and about 25 mm, a central cage (102) to anchor to glenoid bone, screw holes (104) disposed around the central cage (102), and circular holes (106) distributed across the glenoid baseplate (100) to promote bone ingrowth. The system (10) comprises a hemispherical glenosphere (200) coupled to the glenoid baseplate (100), a humeral stem (300) having a proximal region (302) with trabecular architecture to mimic internal bone structure and a distal region (304) for insertion into a medullary canal of a humerus, a humeral tray (400) on the humeral stem (300), and a humeral liner (500) on the humeral tray (400) with a concave articulating surface to receive the glenosphere (200).
