Abstract: ABSTRACT RETROFITTABLE REMOTE DOOR OPERATOR DEVICE This present invention describes a device that can be retrofitted to doors and windows, and detect the closed or opened state of windows and doors, and remotely close or open them, and also lock them from opening. the device has two main attachments. One attachment is an operator device(101) that is attached to the perimeter frame(103) around the door(104). Another attachment is a roller frame(102) that is attached to the door itself. The operator device(101) is attached to the top corner on the perimeter frame(103) around the door(104) towards the hinge. The roller frame(102) is attached to the door(104) after the operator device is attached and, the projections from the operator device are matched to the roller frame.
