Abstract: A restorative rescue device for disaster environments, comprising an aerial body 101 with a propulsion arrangement 102 to generate lift, thrust, hovering control, and directional movement over a disaster environment, an imaging and environmental sensing arrangement including visible-light and thermal camera 104 and environmental sensors to detect victims, hazards, and environmental conditions, a flight control arrangement to stabilize and modify altitude, speed, and heading, at least one wing 105 with a self-healing layer and embedded sensor layer to detect damage and environmental factors, an adaptive resin selection arrangement to dispense repair resin for self-hardening, an environmental threat response arrangement to protect the wing 105, a payload transportation arrangement to deliver rescue supplies, a bird avoidance arrangement to deter bird strikes and a predictive maintenance module to assess wing health and remaining operational life, enabling and resilient rescue operations.
