Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to resource pool selection for sidelink multi-carrier cases. In one aspect, a UE selects at least one carrier for transmission of sidelink data. During or after selecting the at least one carrier, the UE selects one of at least one resource pool configured on each of the at least one carrier. The selected resource pool fulfills a HARQ attribute condition of a sidelink logical channel where the sidelink data is available. In turn, the UE performs the transmission of the sidelink data on at least one resource in the selected resource pool.
