Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource determination method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal device determining a first radio resource, and sending a first message to a network device; wherein the first message comprises a first parameter domain, the first parameter domain being used for indicating the resource usage state of the first radio resource, the first radio resource being a subset or the entirety of a second radio resource, and the second radio resource being a radio resource allocated to the terminal device by the network device on the basis of a configured grant (CG) transmission mode. In this way, the terminal device can report to the network device the resource usage state of the first radio resource, allowing the network device to flexibly use and schedule the first wireless resource in accordance with the resource usage state.
