Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and provides a resource configuration method. The method comprises: determining first information, wherein the first information comprises a first CG configuration period, and a maximum transmission period corresponding to the first CG configuration period is greater than 640 ms; and sending the first information to a terminal device. On the basis of the solution, the maximum transmission period corresponding to the CG configuration period is greater than 640 ms, so that when a data packet arrival interval is large, the resource configuration method provided in the embodiments of the present application may enable the CG configuration period to match an actual data transmission period, thereby conserving CG configuration resources.
