Abstract: The utility patent titled "Rescalable Energy Drink Powder Packet" discloses a redesigned flexible stand-up pouch for powdered beverage products that resolves the fundamental post-opening storage failure of the conventional non-resealable flat-sealed packet format. The existing flat-sealed powder packet provides no integrated resealing mechanism after first opening, forcing users to rely on external solutions such as rubber bands, clips, or separate storage containers to prevent moisture exposure and powder spillage between uses. The present invention introduces a stand-up flexible pouch with three functional innovations: (1) an integrated zip-lock resealing strip positioned below a tear-off opening zone at the top of the pouch, providing a repeatable airtight seal that the user can open and close with one hand for every subsequent use after first opening; (2) a perforated tear-strip first-open zone above the zip-lock strip, providing a clean, guided opening that exposes the zip-lock for immediate use after first tear; and (3) a die-cut carry handle integrated into the top panel of the pouch above the tear zone, enabling the user to carry, hang, or store the pouch without additional packaging accessories. The stand-up base gusset of the pouch allows the packet to stand upright on a flat surface during use and storage, eliminating the need to lay the packet flat or prop it against another surface. The redesigned pouch is intended for powdered beverage products used across multiple daily servings from a single packet over an extended storage period.
