Abstract: A recycled material purification system with adaptive resonator array, the system comprising a multi-spectral sensing module 101 to undertake Raman spectroscopy, terahertz scanning, and micro-strain analysis of the material to generate a unified resonance deviation profile (RDP) of the material, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based harmonic neutralization protocol 102 to analyze the generated RDP and compute optimal treatment parameters for the material, an adaptive resonator array (ARA) 103 to generate targeted ultrasonic and photonic interference wave patterns to reset internal resonance mismatches, a processing unit 104 to execute the protocol 102 embedded in a non-volatile memory 105, the generated RDP is indicative of hidden internal stress signatures, resonance mismatches, residual chemical energy states, molecular vibration anomalies, micro cracking precursors, fatigue zones, and thermal stress clusters in the material, and a protocol 102 is for optimal utilization of energy by the ARA 103 by selecting optimal ultrasonic frequency.
