The system comprises a multi-band RF front-end module (110), wideband antenna array system (120), reconfigurable baseband processing unit (130), FPGA fabric (140), real-time spectrum sensing module (160), AI spectrum prediction engine (150), distributed orchestration controller (170), secure spectrum ledger interface (180), waveform configuration module (190), and power optimization controller (200). The platform performs wideband sensing, predictive congestion modeling, coordinated multi-node allocation, and deterministic sub-millisecond waveform reconfiguration. The invention enables scalable, energy-efficient, and secure spectrum utilization across sub-6 GHz, mmWave, and terahertz bands for dense 6G smart city deployments.
