Abstract: The utility patent titled "ReBrush" discloses a modular, sustainable toothbrush designed with a replaceable bristle head and a reusable bamboo body, addressing the chronic problem of single-use plastic toothbrush waste. The invention addresses five documented deficiencies of conventional toothbrushes: full-brush disposal despite only the bristles wearing out, contribution to nonrecyclable plastic waste, waste from single-use toothpaste tubes, lack of compact and travel-friendly oral care solutions, and the absence of a modular replacement system. ReBrush integrates four functional modules in a single unit: (1) a replaceable bristle head comprising a bamboo base and castor oil nylon bristles; (2) a bamboo neck connector with a screw-thread mechanism for secure head attachment and detachment; (3) a hollow bamboo storage handle for toothpaste pellets; and (4) a bamboo bottom cap that opens for pellet refill and dispensing. The entire body is manufactured from bamboo, a rapidly renewable and biodegradable material, finished with a tung oil and beeswax protective coating. Total per-unit production cost ranges from Z113 to Z180, with a selling price of Z200 to Z300.
