Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a rebounder for a damping door, and a pocket door. The rebounder comprises a rebounder housing internally provided with a sliding rail; a sliding member slidably connected in the sliding rail; an elastic member connected between the rebounder housing and the sliding member; a blocking block assembled in the sliding rail; and a clutch structure connected between the rebounder housing and the sliding member, wherein the sliding member is provided with a first contact portion and a second contact portion, which has a retraction function, a spacing between the first contact portion and the second contact portion is a sliding space, the second contact portion is located on the side close to the blocking block, and the first contact portion is located on the side close to the clutch structure; and when the second contact portion is pushed so as to move the sliding member to an end position, the sliding member engages with the clutch structure, the second contact portion is switched to the retracted state, and the sliding space is open.
