Abstract: Reason-guided RF–vision verification and threat assessment system for intelligent emergency detection in isolated areas Abstract: The invention discloses an intelligent embedded safety-monitoring system designed for isolated areas using RF/mm Wave sensing and vision-based verification. The system integrates an RF/mm Wave radar, ESP32-WROOM-32 microcontroller, ESP32-CAM, image-processing module, and GSM communication module. It detects a target using RF sensing and compares the RF-derived information with visual information to determine a cross-modal discrepancy. Based on the measured discrepancy, the system performs subsequent visual acquisition and verifies the change in evidence before threat assessment. When predefined emergency conditions are satisfied, the system activates the GSM module to transmit an emergency notification. The proposed system provides discrepancy-guided visual verification before final threat assessment, improving the reliability of automated emergency detection in isolated areas.
