Abstract: The present invention relates to a real-time sand transport and unauthorized unloading detection system for monitoring transport vehicles and identifying conditions associated with unauthorized unloading of sand. The system comprises a microcontroller, GPS module, tipper-body angle sensor, electronic tamper seal, camera module and IoT-based monitoring interface. The GPS module monitors the vehicle location with respect to a predefined authorized area, while the angle sensor detects lifting of the tipper body. The electronic tamper seal detects opening or tampering of the secured transport container, and the camera module captures visual evidence of a detected suspicious event. The microcontroller processes and correlates the sensor information to identify a potential unauthorized unloading event and generates an alert through the monitoring interface. The system provides real-time event monitoring and recording of unloading-related activities without directly measuring or estimating the quantity of sand removed
