Abstract: This project presents a Real-Time Public Safety Monitoring System that utilizes machine learning and computer vision to detect violent and suspicious activities in real- time. The system processes live video streams from IP cameras using RTSP protocol and applies deep learning models for anomaly detection. Upon detecting an incident, the system sends instant SMS alerts via Twilio and stores event data in Firebase for monitoring and analysis. A web-based dashboard provides real-time visualization, alert management, and analytics.
