An embedded microcontroller unit analyzes these sensor readings, applying advanced logic to identify sustained posture deviations exceeding predetermined spatial and temporal thresholds. Upon detecting improper posture lasting at least three continuous seconds and exceeding a ten-centimeter positional disparity, the system simultaneously triggers multimodal auditory and visual alerts. This immediate feedback facilitates prompt user- initiated posture correction, significantly reducing musculoskeletal health risks associated with prolonged sedentary behavior.
