Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION: In the modem era, wireless data transmission technologies are widely used in various electronic and embedded systems. These devices generally require electrical power either through wired power supplies or rechargeable batteries. However, batteries require periodic charging, replacement, and maintenance, which become difficult in remote and inaccessible areas such as villages, forests, hilly regions, and isolated monitoring locations. In such environments, conventional charging methods are often impractical and expensive. Therefore, an alternative self-sustaining energy source is essential for continuous device operation without depending on external power supplies. To overcome these challenges, piezoelectric energy harvesting has emerged as an effective and eco"friendly solution. The proposed system utilizes piezoelectric crystals to convert mechanical pressure into electrical energy based on the piezoelectric effect. When mechanical force or pressure is applied to the piezoelectric crystal,ยท an electromotive force (EMF) is generated. This generated electrical energy is then utilized for charging a 12V rechargeable battery through an appropriate rectification and storage circuit. An Arduino microcontroller-based monitoring system is integrated into the setup to continuously display the generated voltage values under varying pressure conditions. The harvested energy is further utilized for operating low-power electrical loads such as a lOW lamp. The proposed system offers a sustainable, low-cost, and renewable energy solution suitable for smart energy applications, remote monitoring systems, and low-power electronic devices.
