Abstract: To track the quality and temperature of food as it travels from point to point a new method that combines Internet of Things (loT) with Machine Learning (ML) algorithms. A crucial requirement for effective monitoring systems to provide the maintenance of food integrity all 5 the way through the supply chain is the ever-increasing demand for quality and safety assurance in food. To preventing spoilage and contamination, traditional temperature monitoring systems aren't always up to the task. Incorporating loT sensors into transportation . infrastructure enables the real-time collection of data on key characteristics such as temperature and humidity. The system is able to detect possible dangers and deviates from 10 ideal circumstances by using ML techniques like anomaly detection and predictive analytics, which permit prompt actions. Presented here are the planning, execution, and assessment of such a system, which has the ability to transform the food sector via increased openness, less waste, and higher quality and safety standards in food.
