This invention provides a comprehensive safety solution for ride-hailing services by combining continuous monitoring, natural language processing, and real-time alerts to detect threats and respond quickly. It includes a black box equipped with cameras, motion sensors, and audio recording to keep an eye on the vehicle's interior for any suspicious behaviour or dangerous objects. The system can even recognize distress signals like the word "HELP" and automatically send emergency alerts if passengers are unable to act. It transmits real-time GPS location and live video feeds to both emergency services and family members, ensuring quick assistance. Designed to fill the safety gaps in current systems, this invention not only protects passengers but also helps law enforcement collect evidence and keeps families informed in emergencies. Future upgrades may include remote control of the vehicle and enhanced communication features, making it a fully-rounded safety solution for modern transportation services.
