Abstract: The present life style of human beings across the globe is full of activities performed with stress due to competition, volume of work, travel needs, planning and defined performance. The study shows that the most altered age group is the young individuals who contribute a lot of development activities. The survey shows that one in five individuals are prone to depression which may lead to nonperformance or attempt to destroy self from life. Dealing with the real time scenarios with life full of stress, it is hard for a depressed individual to go to a psychiatrist and take traditional treatment. Stress is a prevalent issue that affects physical and mental well-being, making real-time monitoring and timely intervention crucial. Traditionally, stress assessment relied on self-reported questionnaires and clinical observations, which can be subjective and prone to bias. Technological advancements have paved the way for more objective and continuous stress monitoring. This project presents a Real-Time Heart Rate-Based Stress Monitoring and Remedy Recommendation System that continuously tracks heart rate variations to assess stress levels. Using wearable sensors, the system collects heart rate data, which is analyzed using machine learning algorithms and statistical methods to detect stress patterns. Once stress is identified, the system provides personalized remedy recommendations, such as breathing exercises, meditation, or music therapy, based on the user's physiological responses. The system aims to improve well-being by offering real-time feedback and proactive interventions, making it a valuable tool for stress management in daily life.
