Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a real-time health monitoring and climate-adaptive safety jacket for soldiers integrating physiological monitoring, automated thermal regulation, wireless communication, and emergency alert functionalities within a wearable platform. The system comprises body temperature, heart rate, and blood oxygen saturation sensors operatively connected to a microcontroller-based control unit for continuous physiological monitoring. A relay-controlled Peltier-based thermal regulation module automatically provides adaptive heating or cooling based on sensed physiological and environmental conditions. Real-time physiological data and emergency alerts are transmitted wirelessly to remote monitoring devices and mobile applications for command-level supervision and timely medical response. The invention improves soldier safety, thermal comfort, survivability, and operational efficiency in extreme environments. The system is lightweight, portable, energy-efficient, durable, and suitable for defense, industrial safety, rescue operations, and healthcare monitoring applications.
