Abstract: ABSTRACT Multi-Channel Banking Transactions – Real-Time Fraud Detection Framework. The invention provides an intelligent fraud detection framework that continually surveys, analyses, and blocks fraudulent activities in multiple banking transactions channels by means of machine learning based analytical mechanisms and real-time decision enforcement systems. The framework combines with transaction acquisition modules, customer behavioural analytics engines, and pre-processing systems, as well as AI- based fraud analysis models and algorithms, to provide real-time transaction risk scores for suspicious financial transactions. Supervised and unsupervised machine learning models are part of the system to recognize known fraud patterns and normal and abnormal transaction activity in internet banking systems, mobile banking platforms, ATM networks, card payment infrastructures and digital financial ecosystems. If suspicious transactions are detected above specified risk thresholds, the framework automatically triggers fraud prevention measures such as blocking transactions, identity verification, freezing accounts, notifying customers and escalation to fraud investigation units. The invention also includes adaptive learning mechanisms, continuous feedback systems, fraud intelligence reporting modules, and secure compliance-oriented transaction monitoring functionality to enhance fraud detection accuracy and minimize false positive transaction disruptions. The proposed framework thus provides scalable, resource-efficient and proactive fraud protection for modern banking infrastructures in the ever-changing digital financial landscape.
