Abstract: Abstract 5 10 Falls are the major cause of injury and hospitalization among the elderly and mobility- impaired people, presenting serious health concerns and driving up healthcare expenditures. Traditional monitoring systems often fail to offer timely identification or prevention, compromising patient safety. This paper presents a real-time fall detection and prevention system that uses multisensor data and artificial intelligence,(Al) to_improye patient care. The technology combines wearable sensors like accelerometers and gyroscopes with ambient sensors to continually monitor patient movement and posture. Al systems examine these data streams to identify anomalous patterns, forecast possible fall incidents, and provide prompt notifications to caregivers or automate preventative steps. Experimental assessment shows that the suggested system detects falls with high accuracy while avoiding false alarms, allowing for proactive intervention. By merging multi-sensor monitoring with Al-driven analytics, this strategy enhances patient safety, decreases caregiver burden, and provides a scalable solution for healthcare institutions and home-based care settings.
