Abstract: [055] The present invention relates to a real-time context-aware system for enhancing professional English communication. The system comprises at least one processor, memory, a communication input interface, a context acquisition module, a context vector generation module, a linguistic segmentation module, a terminology preservation module, a professional language enhancement engine, a latency control module, a confidence validation module, and an output delivery interface. The system receives an input communication from a user, determines communication context parameters including recipient category, communication medium, professional domain, urgency level, formality level, user intent, and confidentiality setting, and generates a structured context vector. The system preserves domain-specific terminology, selects an appropriate processing route based on latency and confidentiality requirements, and generates improved professional English communication while maintaining original meaning. The system validates the enhanced output to prevent alteration of facts, dates, numerical values, and protected terms, thereby enabling accurate, context- appropriate, and real-time professional English communication.
