Abstract: ABSTRACT REAL-TIME COGNITIVE AND EMOTIONAL STATE-ADAPTIVE DRIVING ASSISTANCE SYSTEM FOR NEURODIVERGENT INDIVIDUALS The present invention discloses a real-time cognitive and emotional state-adaptive driving assistance system (1) operates on a mobile device (2) comprising an onboard microphone (3), an audio output transducer (4), a location tracking receiver (6), a display screen (8), and a hardware processor (7). A memory unit (5) stores an individualized neurocognitive profile of a neurodivergent driver, encoding a condition type, a severity level, triggers, and sensory sensitivities. The hardware processor (7) continuously samples real-time voice input via the onboard microphone (3), extracts acoustic features, and compares the acoustic features with the individualized neurocognitive profile to compute a cognitive-emotional state score comprising a cognitive load index and an emotional arousal index. Based on the cognitive- emotional state score and the individualized neurocognitive profile, the hardware processor (7) concurrently delivers a personalized audio intervention via the audio output transducer (4), dynamically reconfigures the display screen (8), and reroutes a navigation path via the location tracking receiver (6).
