Inventors include Dr. Mahavir Chhajed; Dr. Abhimanyu Singh Rathore; Mr. Manoj Mandloi; Mr. Ankit Panchal; Ms. Anisha Pal; Ms. Henika Rao; and Ms. Sakshi Ahirwar.
The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: The real-time blood biomarker analysis device for personalized therapeutic drug monitoring and adaptive dosage control is disclosed. The device comprises a minimally invasive biosensing module configured to continuously or periodically collect blood or interstitial fluid samples and detect biomarkers including drug concentration and physiological indicators. A signal processing unit converts sensor outputs into calibrated biomarker data, which is analyzed by a computational engine using pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic models. A decision module generates dosage adjustment recommendations based on the analyzed data and predefined therapeutic thresholds. The device further includes a communication interface for transmitting data to external systems or drug delivery devices, enabling remote monitoring and closed-loop therapeutic control. The invention enhances treatment precision, reduces adverse drug reactions, and supports real-time, patient-specific optimization of drug regimens.
