Abstract: Title: Real-Time Adaptive Technical Education and Cognitive Learning Assessment system and method thereof The current disclosure discloses a portable Intelligence–Quantum hybrid edge-computing training system for real-time adaptive technical education and cognitive learning assessment. The system integrates localized artificial-intelligence processing (110), compact language-model inference, retrieval-augmented educational content generation, programmable-logic-based quantum circuit emulation (111), biometric sensing (102), cognitive analytics (106), adaptive learning control (107), secure local storage and multimodal interaction (114, 115). Learner queries are tokenized and semantically processed to retrieve relevant information from an onboard educational repository and generate personalized instructional content. The quantum-emulation subsystem (111) executes quantum gate operations, quantum-state processing, probability computation and interactive visualization. Eye-tracking, galvanic skin response and learner-interaction measurements are processed to generate a Cognitive Engagement Index (CEI) configured to represent learner engagement and dynamically control instructional difficulty, content complexity, learning pace and assessment. Educational resources, engagement information, learning progress and assessment results are securely stored locally, enabling low-latency, privacy-preserving, personalized technical education without continuous internet or cloud connectivity.
