Abstract: The Raspberry Pi Based Android Controlled Surveillance Robot is an• automated system designed for real-time monitoring and remote surveillance using a programmable embedded platform. The system operates by integrating a camera module and motorized robotic chassis, allowing movement and live video streaming controlled through an Android mobile device. A Raspberry Pi serves as the main control unit, processing commands received from the Android application via wireless communication such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Based on user inputs, the Raspberry Pi generates control signals to drive the motors through motor drivers, enabling the robot to move in different directions such as forward, backward, left, and right. The surveillance functionality is achieved using a camera module connected to the Raspberry Pi, which captures and streams live video to the mobile device. This allows the user to monitor remote or inaccessible areas in real time. Additional features such as image capture, video recording, and obstacle detection can also be incorporated to enhance system performance. This project demonstrates the integration of embedded systems, wireless communication, and robotic control to create an efficient surveillance system. The proposed system combines security and automation, making it suitable for applications such as home security, industrial monitoring, military surveillance, and remote inspection in hazardous environments
