Abstract: The invention relates to a railway installation comprising a fluid conveying network, an apparatus which is connected thereto and which is configured to be activated or deactivated according to an upper threshold and a lower threshold for the fluid pressure, and a device (9) for activating and deactivating the apparatus, connected, as input, to the network and, as output, to the apparatus; the device (9) being configured to adopt a first configuration in which the apparatus is deactivated, or respectively activated, when the pressurized fluid is below the lower threshold or below the upper threshold; a second configuration in which the apparatus is activated, or respectively deactivated, when the pressurized fluid reaches the upper threshold; and a third configuration, when the fluid is below the upper threshold and above an intermediate pressure threshold which is higher than the lower threshold, in which the apparatus is activated, or respectively deactivated.
